MOST orders placed Monday-Friday by 4pm Eastern Time are shipped SAME DAY unless backorder is noted. We ship orders via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground. You will receive an email with your Tracking Number once your order has shipped.

RaceDay Safety has a huge inventory of "In Stock" Racing Gear at our Dallas GA storefront and warehouse; however, in some instances, we will not have a specific size or color on the shelf, which may delay the shipment. The customer will be alerted of the delay and given the option of a refund. Occasionally, an order will be shipped from separate warehouses. We will alert you via email if you will be receiving your order in multiple shipments. The customer will incur no additional shipping charges if your order arrives in multiple shipments. Thank you.

• Orders that total $99+ ship for FREE in Continental USA!!!
• Orders up to $98.99 ship for a flat $5.99 rate
• Our Free and Flat Rate shipping offers apply to US addresses only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
• Our Free and Flat Rate shipping method is via ground USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on item size and warehouse.
We Ship to Canada
FREE Ground Shipping offers do not apply to orders shipped to Canada.
Please note: Canadian Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees due from UPS or the USPS. This is separate from the shipping charge you have paid to RaceDay Safety Inc.. Unfortunately, we do not know what the additional duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees will be once your order arrives at your home or business. This is determined by the customs officials of Canada. In some instances, these duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees can be substantial.
Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policies:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We allow returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date (Holiday gift orders placed October 1st - December 25th are given until January 31st) if the item is in NEW condition and returned in its original packaging. Items that have been modified and Custom orders are NOT returnable. All Garage Sale items are not refundable, exchanges only. After 30 days manufacturer defects must be handled through manufacturer.
• We DO NOT charge a restocking fee as long as the return is in 100%, NEW condition. Returns may be subjected to a restock fee or refused and returned to the sender for the following reasons.
* Dirt, grease or any other type of stains.
* Excessive pet hair.
* Cigarette or smoke odor.
* Abused and damaged manufacturers packaging (box, bag, etc.).
* Missing contents: instruction manuals, helmet bags, hardware, etc.
* Careless and/or improper return packing.
• The customer handles return shipping on all returns or exchanges.
• All Exchanges will be processed promptly. We can not refund any shipping costs but we will ship one exchange to you at no additional charge. If additional exchange is needed customer will pay full shipping price.
• Returns will be issued a refund of the item(s) purchase price. Any shipping charges are not refunded.
• There are NO refunds or exchanges on any custom made suits, seats or covers. The measurements provided to RaceDay Safety Inc. by the customer are final and cannot be altered without an additional charge.
• Due to Liability all manufacturer defects must be handled through individual manufacturer. Please contact us if you need manufacturer address or phone number.
ALL RETURNS MUST have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. To obtain a RMA number, call 770-505-0193
