Constructed from a material called Proban, which is slightly heavier than Nomex, but much less expensive, yet providing equivalent protection. The box quilt stitching adds a subtle, but upgraded look, as well as the white piping on the pocket openings. The Straight leg pant bottoms with the hidden ankle cuffs is the style that most racers now prefer.
